Turning 40 was a wake-up call. Like so many women, I found myself struggling with fluctuating energy levels, creeping weight gain, sleepless nights, and mood swings that seemed to come out of nowhere. I felt stuck—like I was losing control of my body, my health, and even my sense of self.
I tried quick fixes, crash diets, and trendy workouts, but nothing truly clicked. Then one day, I came across the concept of functional strength training and holistic nutrition, and everything changed.
I learned that the body I was frustrated with wasn’t “failing me”—it was simply asking for better care. Functional strength training taught me how to move with purpose and build strength that served my daily life. I love putting my heart and mind into creative tasks like sewing, crocheting and drawing. My childhood love of always figuring out how things work has allowed me to channel that energy into coaching people to get to the root of their issues and work towards a positive solution.
My love for connection extends far beyond my family. Through my passion for connecting with people I have spent the last 7 years deeply immersed in learning languages. I am proud to say I am converse in French, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. The journey of learning these languages has exposed me to people all over the world and adapting an attitude of patience, perseverance, and compassion for others.
