An in-depth 60-minute video chat to understand your lifestyle, goals, dietary preferences, and health history. This includes a detailed analysis of your current eating habits, energy levels, stress management, and sleep quality. We will work together to create an action plan to get you started.
After your initial meeting, you witll be provided with your unique, customized nutrition recommendations which could include food specifics, recipes, shopping lists, meal plans, custom macros, supplement recommendations, and more. All will depend on what you and your coach decide is the best route for you!
Plans will take into consideration your dietary preferences, allergies, and intolerances.
Monthly coaching sessions (30 minutes) with Nikki Dennis, a certified holistic nutrition coach. These sessions provide accountability, motivation, and guidance, helping you stay on track.
We will chat in more detail about how things are going, what you'd like to adjust, and make a plan for the month ahead. It's also a great time to ask any in-depth questions.
Each week you'll check in with your coach by completing a quick online check-in form to review your week and share updates. Your coach will then respond with any follow up questions, feedback, and recommendations.
Within the custom coaching app, you'll have messenger access with your coach Mon-Fri and options to have daily habits to check off for added accountability and data tracking.
Weekly check-ins via email or messaging and training app to monitor progress, celebrate successes, and address any challenges. Includes guidance on making adjustments for ongoing improvements.
